Join me for a gentle Thursday morning designed to help you slow down, take some time for yourself and explore sensory practices through clay. 

Rooted in mindful practices, this class offers a supportive, peaceful place for you to take a breath. There is no right or wrong, no pressure to make something 'perfect', just time to explore the clay and mindfulness in a brand new way.
